Text Box: We would love to be able to tell you exactly how much your project will be. Cost is affected by factors such as size of company, number of related companies and the scope of the project. The information on the left is to give you an idea of the rates so you know what you are looking at. Lower rates apply for repeat business and less complicated situations. If you have any questions please call as we will be happy to discuss any of our rates and services.

This is the traditional bookkeeping done at our office.  Your records stay at our office and are securely locked away when not actively being worked on. 

One of our designated accountants will come to your office and will go over your bookkeeping and assist with any accounting issues you may have. 

Michelle or Tracy will come in and help when things are really messed up.  On site QuickBooks services limited availability February 1 to April 30.

In house bookkeeping $40 / hour (no hourly minimum)

QuickBooks Advisor Services $75/hour (2—3 hour min)

Controller / Accountant $60—75 +/hour (3 hour minimum)

We also offer a one on one QuickBooks training course.  With this you get set up of your QuickBooks file, two hours of one on one with one of our QuickBooks Advisors.  You have the opportunity to ask questions and learn how to enter in your own transactions.  Follow up sessions are $75 / hour.

QuickBooks course $250

We are please to be able to offer QuickBooks technical services.  Depending on the situation, we may be able to integrate QuickBooks with other applications, or convert from another accounting system to QuickBooks.  Since every situation is unique, please call Michelle for an assessment.
